Terms of Service

By accessing or using AIron ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

AIron is an AI-assisted fitness tracking and coaching platform. The Service provides tools for logging workouts, tracking nutrition, generating AI-powered workout plans and monitoring fitness progress. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

The Service does not provide medical advice. All content, including AI-generated workout plans, nutrition suggestions and coaching insights, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
• If you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• The AI coaching features use general fitness principles and may not account for your specific health conditions, injuries or limitations.

AIron uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, provide coaching insights and analyse fitness data. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Workout recommendations are general in nature and may not be suitable for all individuals.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any exercise, weight or intensity suggested by the Service.
• We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from following AI-generated plans.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, disability and death. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

• You participate in any exercise or fitness program voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in exercise.
• You accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result from your use of the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including workout logs, measurements and profile information.
• We store your data to provide the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time in Settings → Privacy.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How we collect, use and delete your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Abuse, harass or send harmful content to other users through team or messaging features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIron and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including:

• Personal injury or health issues arising from exercise performed based on Service content.
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law (including Art. 473 § 2 of the Polish Civil Code).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

The core AIron features — workout logging, training calendar, exercise library, body metrics, progress photos, workout templates, team creation (1 team on Free), coaching up to 3 members per team, and basic AI access (5 AI credits per month for chat and plans) — are free forever for all users. We commit to keeping these features free for non-commercial personal use.

We monetise advanced AI features and higher usage limits:

• PRO (29.99 PLN/month or 299.99 PLN/year) — 60 AI credits/month (chat + plans share one pool), up to 3 owned teams with 10 members each, AI plans up to 14 days.
• ELITE (89.99 PLN/month or 899.99 PLN/year) — 300 AI credits/month (chat + plans), up to 5 owned teams with 50 members each, AI plans up to 30 days.
• AI Credit Top-Up (9.99 PLN one-time) — 20 AI credits that never expire. Normal AI uses 1 credit per call; Premium AI uses 5 credits per call. Available to all users including Free.
• Promotional codes — AIRONCOACH50 grants 50% off the first payment (first-time customers only). Other codes may be issued and are redeemable in Settings.
• Pricing changes — pricing, billing intervals and refund eligibility are presented at purchase. We may change pricing with at least 14 days written notice to active subscribers.
• Renewal — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fair-use rate limit — all plans include a fair-use rate limit of 10 AI messages per minute (about 1,440 per day) across the in-app coach, Telegram and connected apps. Messages above the limit are queued and answered automatically as your window frees — they are never lost. Need a higher limit? Contact us at hello@airon.coach.

• Any user can create a team — there is no fee. The number of teams you may own depends on your tier: Free = 1, PRO = 3, ELITE = 5.
• Team member limits follow the owner's tier: Free = 3, PRO = 10, ELITE = 50 members (the owner counts toward the cap).
• When you join a team, nothing is shared automatically: visibility of your workouts, body metrics and goals, calendar editing and other coaching permissions are all OFF until you approve each request.
• You may revoke any granted coaching permission at any time in the team settings.
• Owners and trainers must respect member privacy. Misuse of granted permissions may result in account suspension.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Billing; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

• Consumer withdrawal right (EU/EEA) — if you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid subscription or credit purchase within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason — just email support@airon.coach.
• Immediate access — when you buy AI credits or a subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service. For one-off purchases that are fully delivered (e.g. consumed credits), the withdrawal right expires once delivery is complete; for subscriptions, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period used if you withdraw.
• Refunds — your statutory consumer rights (including for defective digital content) are unaffected. Any additional refunds are discretionary and handled via support.
• Model withdrawal form — to withdraw, email support@airon.coach: "I hereby withdraw from the contract for [PRO/ELITE subscription / AI credit top-up] concluded on [date], [full name, account email]." The form is optional — any clear statement is sufficient.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country.

• Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Poland, except that consumers may instead sue in the courts of their place of residence.
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

If something is wrong with the Service or a payment, you can file a complaint free of charge: email support@airon.coach or use the in-app Feedback feature, describing the issue and your account email. We respond within 14 days. If you disagree with the outcome, EU/EEA consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through their local consumer-advice bodies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
