Delete your account

Deleting your AIron Coach account removes the following account data and records from AIron:

• Profile and account settings
• Workouts, plans, exercises and progress logs
• Meals, nutrition logs, recipes and related content
• Chat messages with the AI assistant and related history
• Subscription and billing association with this account (active paid access ends)

Files you uploaded (such as food or fridge photos, voice clips, or chat attachments) may remain in file storage after deletion. Abuse reports and related moderation records are retained so they can still be reviewed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you can still sign in, use the self-serve path:

• Open Settings → Privacy & Safety → Danger Zone
• Choose Delete account and confirm

This runs immediately through the in-app delete flow. No separate email is required.

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@airon.coach from the same address as your account, with the subject line “Account deletion”.

We process email deletion requests within 30 days.
