Delete your account

Deleting your AIron Coach account permanently removes your data from the service, including:

• Profile and account settings
• Workouts, plans, exercises and progress logs
• Meals, nutrition logs, recipes and related content
• Photos you uploaded (e.g. food or fridge photos)
• Chat messages with the AI coach and related history
• Subscription and billing association with this account (active paid access ends)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you can still sign in, use the self-serve path:

• Open Settings → Billing → Danger Zone
• Choose Delete account and confirm

This runs immediately through the in-app delete flow. No separate email is required.

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@airon.coach from the same address as your account, with the subject line “Account deletion”.

We process email deletion requests within 30 days.
